Andrew Stratford began his construction career as a Project Manager in 2002.  Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Stratford was one of the first healthcare project managers on the east coast to earn the distinction of CHC, Certified Healthcare Constructor from the American Hospital Association.

Mr. Stratford's in depth knowledge of the industry as well as the needs of our clients and subcontractors allows him to be highly effective in managing all of L2's financial, legal and compliance activities as Vice President and CFO.  Conservative financial management and fair treatment of all of our teaming partners, clients and vendors is part of our culture, not an afterthought.

Nicolas Molfino spent a majority of his career learning from top industry leaders throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area.  This growth and experience has been paramount in developing a clear understanding of what is required by all stakeholders for a successful construction program.

The foundation of Mr. Molfino's career has always included a keen focus on estimating and managing multi-million dollar technically challenging projects.  In recent years, he expanded his expertise to include industry and organizational processes, culture change and various ways to create innovation in the construction industry.  This focus coupled with his operational experience has prepared Mr. Molfino to lead L2 Construction Management as President and CEO.
